This free service has been developed by SCS exclusively for SCS clients. This service allows each client to log directly into our system and view all account and payment activity. Specific reports can be created and saved for use by each client and each of your staff members' needs.

CT CENTER (PREDICTIVE DIALER)

This dialing system allows SCS to generate in excess of up to 10,000 calls per day, including weekends and evenings. This technology allows a debtor to connect live to a collector at any time or simply take information for a call back over the phone. Expanded service includes the ability for each collector to receive additional secure information via telephone and be able to pay the account with a credit card or check by phone without the assistance of a collector. This service can also be used by each client for their own office needs.

E-OSCAR

Online capability to access a debtor's credit report and make instant changes in case of errors in assignment or balance changes.

E-NCOA

All accounts are run through the National Change of Address within 24 hours of assignment in an effort to verify current information and obtain new address and phone information.

E-ACCURINT

All accounts are that are still in a mail return status are run automatically through a service to obtain current information. This service enlists all government and community information including job searches and social security traces. SCS maintains over an 80% find rate on skipped accounts.

E-SCORING

SCS sends accounts through TransUnion scoring system which gives collectors home owner, credit card and bank account information in seconds which allows the collectors to make an educated assumption of credit worthiness.

E-RATES

SCS works on a contingency percentage fee basis. No Collection means No Fee. In many cases the collection fee can be added to what we collect making your fee virtually non existent. We feel our service and results are unmatched in the industry. If you are using an existing agency, SCS is willing to match their fees.
